When I'm looking for a mellow high for a beautiful sunny day, or something to wind down with at the end of the night, there's only one strain that truly does it for me. It hits all the sweet spots. You know what I'm talking about, tastes amazing, great high, just some really beautiful stuff. There's a reason why there's a picture of it featured on the front page.
Grape Cake is an Indica hybrid. Weighing in at 20% THC, it is a blend of Grape Stomper, Cherry Pie, and Wedding Cake. When this strain fell into our laps, I was hooked the moment I found out Wedding Cake was involved, another personal favorite of mine. This wonderful hybrid is 70/20 Indica to Sativa, so you know that it will perform as it should.
When it comes to flavor, I find that the exhale has a wonderful fruity quality. I definitely get the flavor of grapes and cherries for sure. There is an almost peppery note and I definitely taste diesel as well. This amazing blend of fruity/spicy really hits the nail on the head for me flavor wise. It's honestly the same qualities that I look for when I'm picking out a cabernet (but more about that in a post later).
